Karimix cannot accept returns or exchanges of our products due to their perishable nature. We have to comply to strict food safety regulations which means it is not possible for us to accept returns or exchange products once they have reached you the customer. For more information, please read our terms and conditions of purchase which every customer agrees to before making their Karimix purchase.
Whilst Karimix take every care in packaging our products for shipment, so that they arrive in perfect condition to you. However if when you receive your Karimix order the products are damaged or broken in any way, please complete the form below and upload a photograph of the damaged goods. We will send you another product immediately and contact our courier to tell them to take extra care!
