- 35g Karimix Tomato Chutney
- 20g Karimix Aubergine Pickle
- 2 larger tomatoes sliced lengthwise
- 3 spring onions sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil – optional little gem lettuce sliced lengthwise
- Mix in Karimix Tomato Chutney and Karimix Aubergine Pickle with the sliced vegetables.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange on a plate and serve as a salad starter or with some kebabs.
