Karimix demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability through various eco-conscious initiatives. We prioritise the use of recyclable glass jars and eco-friendly packaging, striving to reduce its environmental impact. By supporting local suppliers, including Thanet Earth, and collaborating with other Kent businesses, Karimix works to minimise carbon miles.

In addition, we have made efforts to use sustainable materials, such as cardboard trays made from 75% recycled fibres, which are fully recyclable. We also use shrink wrap film that is 100% recyclable, with plans to transition to 30% recycled plastic in future deliveries. Furthermore, we run a compactor, producing approximately 1400kg of cardboard per month, which is sent for recycling. These practices reflect our ongoing dedication to reducing waste and promoting a more sustainable future.
