SHIPPING

We use Royal Mail and now offer a next day courier as an option on all orders. 

Please note that deliveries will be made to the address as you have entered.  We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to inaccurate address details. Always provide a contact telephone number so that our courier can get further directions if necessary.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Costs below include 20% VAT where applicable.

Our delivery charges are calculated by weight. Smaller orders below 2kg are sent either First or Second Class Royal Mail as selected on checkout. Larger orders over 2kg are usually sent by courier which may take up to 3 days to arrive.

Curry, pastes, pickles and jams are supplied in a jar (400g), dressings and sauces in a bottle (550g), marinades in a Worcester bottle (390g) and chilli sauces in a small bottle (270g) – all weights are approximate and gross including packaging.

For trade customers our next day courier offers competitive rates to about 60kg, after which we would usually deliver by pallet.

Karimix cannot accept returns or exchanges of our products due to their perishable nature. We have to comply to strict food safety regulations which means it is not possible for us to accept returns or exchange products once they have reached you the customer.  For more information, please read our terms and conditions of purchase which every customer agrees to before making their Karimix purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We do require photographic evidence of any damage which should be sent to technical@karimix.com.  We can either send you another product, or at our discretion, issue a refund.

Refunds

If we need to issue a refund, this will be made using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
