Great Snacking idea using Tarmarind Chutney By Hannah @averagehanfoodie

This tamarind chutney is seriously delicious, and so many different ways you can use it from marinating meat (beef and lamb would be a winner), finishing off dishes, mixing with red wine vinegar to make a dressing, upgrade your veggies by mixing in a little paste before roasting, or do what I did and make tamarind nachos! I roasted chickpeas and one potato coated in all the yummy spices, popped these on top of tortilla chips, topped with yogurt mixed with lime and sugar and then all the delicious tamarind chutney. A great sharing dish and makes everything delicious with minimal effort! A great present for a foodie or if you’re looking to impress others with your food 👏🏻
