Our Story

From humble beginnings.

Karimix started small: a Kent kitchen, a handful of recipes, and a stubborn belief that sauces and pastes made properly — slow-toasted spices, real aromatics, no shortcuts — would find their audience.

By listening hard to the chefs, retailers and home cooks who used them, that handful of recipes grew into an award-winning range trusted across the UK.

Today we hold BRCGS AA+ status — the highest grade achievable — proof that small-batch craft and serious food safety belong in the same kitchen.

How we make it.

Every product starts with traceable ingredients sourced for flavour first — finest lemongrass and galangal, hand-selected chillies, smoked tamarind, cold-pressed oils.

Then it's cooked in small batches at our Faversham kitchen and layered slowly, so each spice, herb and aromatic earns its place. No fillers. No flavour compromises.
